Our Story
The Drop Zone opened its doors on Main Street with one conviction: Minot deserved a place that didn't treat coffee and cocktails as separate universes. By day, we pull shots from single-origin beans and pour pour-overs with the kind of attention most places reserve for happy hour. By night, the same counter becomes a cocktail bar — same ingredients, different attitude.
We're not trying to be anything we're not. We're a neighborhood hang with good music, honest prices, and a team that actually knows the difference between a negroni and an old fashioned.
